Bush Pushing Conservation. What's Next?

Today President Bush appealed to Americans to drive less and conserve energy for the good of the nation. At the same time progressives everywhere rolled their eyes and recalled Vice President Dick Cheney's public remarks calling conservation a "personal virtue," not a sound energy policy. Well, well, what gives Mr. President?
